Hancock Avenue is one way northbound, but Pleasonton Avnue is two lane traffic, and is a useful route to escape or return to the one-way park roads if needed. While this is a busy and often crowded area, there is usually ample parking. And in addition to the attraction of the sweeping view from the observation platform on top of the Pennsylvania monument, there are public restrooms on Humphreys Avenue.
