115th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment

A monument to the 115th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment is south of Gettysburg on De Trobriand Avenue. It was dedicated in 1889 by the Commonwealth of Pennylvania. Location: 39.7959 N, 77.24432 W; see map

The 115th Pennsylvania Infantry was commanded at the Battle of Gettysburg by Major John P. Dunne. It brought 182 men to the field in nine companies, as company H was never formed.
