Union Monuments, Massachusetts7th Massachusetts Infantry RegimentThe monument to the Seventh Massachusetts Infantry Regiment is south of Gettysburg on Sedgwick Avenue. (see map) The regiment was commanded at Gettysburg by Lieutenant Colonel Franklin P. Harlow. It brought 369 men to the field, losing six wounded. From the front of the monument: 7th Mass. Inf'y. From the rear: Erected 1885.
